What is Personal Care?

Personal care describes any daily activity or personalized health. Whether you need part-time, full-time, or 24/7 care, we cover the participants needs. By using interactive care, we earn the participant's trust so we can better assist them. With compassion and experience, we ensure the participant stays independent, happy, and healthy. 

Direct Care Worker aids the participant with assistance with self-administered medications, feeding, oral, skin and mouth care, shaving, assistance with ambulation, bathing, hair care and grooming, dressing, toileting and transfer activities. Because golden-aged people have difficulty moving around, so having someone around provides extra security. For our clients with special dietary needs or memory loss diseases, we offer specialized personal care to accommodate their needs.

Companion Care

What is Companion Care?

Are you feeling lonely? Nobody to talk with? Nobody to go shopping with you? Feeling lonely is a side effect of aging. Daily Support Services provides Direct Care Workers to aid the participant with support, socialization, and assistance with instrumental activities of daily living.

Short term care is available to individuals as requested. We create individual care plans to fit the services needed of every individual to ensure they are receiving the care requested. We provide professional compassionate Direct Care Workers any time your caregiver needs temporary relief.

Community Transition

What is Community Transition?

Community Transition Services are non-recurring set-up expenses designed individually for intellectually disabled individuals who are transitioning from an institution to a private residence where they are directly responsible for their living expenses. 

CTS provides support and help to intellectually disabled individuals by providing funding at reliable cost. Reasonable or allowable cost and funding are defined as necessary expenses for an individual to establish his/her living space.
